Die Südharz Klinikum Nordhausen gGmbH ist ein Krankenhaus der überregionalen Versorgung mit rund 800 Betten und 26 Fachabteilungen sowie modern ausgestatteten Funktionsbereichen und Instituten. Wir sind Akademisches Lehrkrankenhaus des Universitätsklinikums Jena.

Für unsere Medizinische Klinik I suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Fachkrankenpfleger für Nephrologie (m/w/d).

Die Dialyse Abteilung ist Teil der internistischen Intensivstation (Medizinische Klinik I) und wird in enger Kooperation mit der Nephrologie (Medizinische Klinik II) versorgt. Wir verfügen über eine sehr gute technische Ausstattung und aktuell über knapp 20 Betten (davon 6 bis 10 Dialysebetten). Wir versorgen das komplette Spektrum der internistischen Notfälle (kardiologische, gastroenterologische, hämatoonkologische, pneumologische, Intoxikationen etc.). Außerdem erfolgen auf dieser Einheit die Behandlung von beatmungspflichtigen Patienten. Es stehen alle intermittierenden und kontinuierlichen extrakorporalen Nierenersatzverfahren einschließlich Plasmapheresen zur Verfügung. In der Dialyse werden aus dem gesamten Klinikum akutstationäre Patienten aus allen Fachbereichen betreut. Ihre Aufgaben
  • umfassende Pflege und Überwachung von intensivpflichtigen Patienten
  • Umsetzung von ärztlichen Anweisungen und eigenverantwortliche Durchführung intensivpflegerischer Maßnahmen
  • Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachsorge von Hämodialyse-/Hämodialfiltration inkl. Dokumentation
  • Monitoring der Patient während der Behandlung (Vitalzeichen, Flüssigkeitsbilanz, Komplikationsmanagement)
  • eigenständige Punktion von Shunts, Kontrolle und Versorgung von Zugängen
  • Einhaltung von Hygiene-, Medizinprodukte- und Sicherheitsstandards, Gerätechecks und Materialmanagement
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Ärzteteam der internistischen Intensivstation und Nephrologie
Ihr Profil
  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachkrankenpfleger für Nephrologie (m/w/d) oder Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) mit Fachweiterbildung Nephrologie/Dialyse mit mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit Patienten und Mitarbeitern
  • Belastbarkeit und ruhiges Handeln in Akutsituationen
