We are a charming 3* hotel in the heart of Berlin and are looking for an experienced part-time hotel specialist (m/f/d) to join our team. With appropriate professional experience in the hotel industry, career changers are also very welcome.
Your tasks - varied & responsible
Check-in and check-out of our guests in shifts (early, mid and late shift)
Organization and maintenance of the daily room disposition
Acceptance and fulfillment of guest requests and orders
Preparation of offers for corporate and private events in consultation with the management
Processing individual and group reservations
Written and telephone correspondence in German and English
Preparation of invoices, cash management and cash accounting
Your profile
Completed vocational training as a hotel specialist or hotel clerk or several years of professional experience in the hotel industry (e.g. reception, front office, reception)
Very good knowledge of German(at least C1)
Good knowledge of English (at least B2)
Friendly, service-oriented and confident appearance
Ability to work in a team as well as independently and in a structured manner
Ideally experience with Protel hotel software or comparable hotel software
Confident handling of the common Microsoft Office programs

A part-time temporary position with a weekly working time of 16 to 28 hours
