Ausbildung Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann (d/m/w)

 

Die neue Pflegeausbildung vereint ab 2020 die bisherige Ausbildungen Altenpflege, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege sowie Kinderkrankenpflege zu einem Berufsbild. Ausbildungsbeginn ist jährlich jeweils zum 1. März oder 1. September.
Mit dem neuen Abschluss „Pflegefachfrau“ bzw. „Pflegefachmann“ kann man zukünftig in allen Bereichen – egal ob im Krankenhaus, in Praxen, Gesundheitszentren oder Wohn – und Pflegeheimen –tätig sein.

 

Das bringen Sie mit

  • mittlerer Schulabschluss oder ein anderer als gleichwertig anerkannter oder höherwertiger Abschluss oder Hauptschulabschluss zusammen mit:

      a) einer erfolgreich abgeschlossenen zweijährigen Berufsausbildung
      b) einer erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Berufsausbildung als Krankenpflegehelfer/-in

  • physische und psychische gesundheitliche Eignung für den Beruf
  • Sie pflegen einen offenen und einfühlsamen Umgang mit Menschen aller Altersgruppen
  • Sie haben idealerweise Erfahrung in der Pflege durch Praktika oder ein Freiwilliges Soziales Jahr

 

Sie erhalten

  • Abschluss zur/zum staatlich anerkannten Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann mit EU–weiter Anerkennung
  • qualifizierte dreijährige Ausbildung mit Unterstützung von ausgebildeten Praxisanleitern
  • Ausbildungsvergütung laut Hausvertrag mit Jahressonderzahlung und vermögenswirksame Leistungen
  • 400 € Abschlussprämie als Einmalzahlung bei bestandener Prüfung
  • Übernahmemöglichkeit nach erfolgreichen Abschluss der Ausbildung
