We’re looking for experienced RF IC designers to join our RF and analog/mixed-signal team and help us develop state-of-the-art systems—and beyond—based on FD-SOI technology. You will develop RF integrated circuits for wireless communication systems using deep-submicron CMOS technology.
Performing top-level simulations to validate and optimize design concepts.
Work closely with the layout team and perform high-level simulations to verify and refine the designs.
Deriving block-level specifications for analog and digital components.
Performing pre-tapeout verifications, including performance, power, reliability, and timing analyses.
You will define production and laboratory test plans for characterization following silicon fabrication.
Support the lab team in performing RF measurements for IP validation.
You will analyze ATE and lab test results, identify yield issues, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
You will work closely with the system team on integration, troubleshooting, and design optimization.
You will present your results in design reviews and demonstrate compliance with specifications.
Several years of professional experience in RF or analog IC design in the industry.
Experience with modern CMOS process technologies, ideally with 22FDX.
Experience across the entire RFIC product development cycle, from the concept phase through to mass production.
In-depth knowledge and tape-out experience with at least one of the following functional blocks:
PA, LNA, mixers, oscillators, PLL, LO, VGA.
Very good knowledge of analog design concepts such as noise analysis, linearity, mismatch, and stability.
Experience in RF component modeling, including noise parameters, inductance modeling, package effects, power decoupling, RF ESD structures, and RF-optimized layout.
Familiarity with various RF transceiver architectures and calibration methods.
Proficiency with Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre RF, EMX, or comparable tools.
Practical experience in silicon characterization, debugging, and translating system specifications into concrete circuit requirements.
