Your Job

  • Partner with senior leaders to deliver HR strategies that enable a high-performance culture aligned with business objectives.

  • Act as a trusted HR advisor, coach, and change partner, influencing leaders to strengthen people leadership capability and organizational effectiveness.

  • Lead employee relations matters with sound judgement and a strong working knowledge of German Labor Law.

  • Translate business and operational needs into practical, executable HR solutions, supporting workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.

  • Drive employee engagement, inclusion, and retention through targeted initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.

  • Support and enable performance management, leadership development, and career progression to promotion continuous learning and development.

  • Partners with leaders to identify, develop and retain critical talent, ensuring long-term organizational capability.

  • Leverage workforce data and metrics to identify trends, risks and opportunities, using insights to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with HR COEs and regional HR teams to implement global HR programs locally while meeting site-specific requirements.

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.

  • Other duties as assigned by manager.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 6+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing, semiconductor, or industrial environment.

  • Strong knowledge of German labor law, employee relations, and works council engagement.

  • Proven ability to partner effectively with senior leaders in complex, matrixed organizations.

  • High degree of emotional intelligence, integrity, and personal accountability.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong data analytics capability with the ability to translate insights into action.

  • Demonstrated change management and project management experience.

  • Strategic mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity.

  • Ability to influence without authority and collaborate cross-functionally.

  • Fluency in German and English (C1).
