Your Job

As an experienced data analysis engineer, you will be responsible for developing data analysis templates, automated mass data download and respective analysis report generation. You should be familiar with statistical tests and skilled with volume data analysis concepts. The focus of the work will be the analysis of electrical test results from embedded NVM memories and SOC devices with memory, NVM, logic, and mixed signal as well as RF components. The job includes:

  • Developing complex test analysis templates, creating data analysis reports and summaries

  • Electrical characterization of NVM, memory logic, and mixed signal/RF devices to support our technology development, yield engineering, and quality teams

  • Correlation of electrical test results to technology, WET and manufacturing parameters

  • Leading the technology development and design teams with the outcome of the electrical characterization

  • Yield optimization, test time reduction, and continuous improvement of the test and data analysis process

  • Management and coordination of complex projects

Required Qualifications

  • Completed Master's Degree or Diploma in the fields of information technology/communications engineering/electrical engineering/physics or comparable

  • At least 5 years’ experience in semiconductor industry with focus on data analysis

  • Good understanding of eNVM technologies (MRAM/RRAM/FeFET/eFlash) and their operation

  • Advanced problem solving and collaboration skills

  • Programming skills in SQL/C++/Java/Python

  • Knowledge of yield data analysis is an advantage

  • Very good written and spoken English skills
