HR Manager in Munich (m/f/d)

Company Profile:

Our customer is one of the most creative Lithium battery company, and to yield creative contribution to lithium battery industry worldwide. For his office in Munich, we are looking for a HRM to organise the team more than 20 people. 

What you will going to do:

• Responsible for recruitment: the entire recruitment process from demand analysis to employee arrival.
  Responsible for daily operations of payroll docking and employee management,
  Develop new HR policies, create and monitor personnel cost budgets,
  Organize training and general administration.

Your profile:

• Bachelor degree or above, preferably in human resources or similar major,
• Years of professional experience in general HR roles within start-ups/SMEs,
• Understand German labor and social security law,
• Good spoken and written knowledge of German or English, Chinese is a plus.
